For group travel, agencies are expected to obtain a passenger air transport service that is practical and cost-effective for the Government. Executive Car Service and its drivers always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in the arrival time. Executive Car Service cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any luggage or other property, or for any property left in company vehicles.
The company reserves the right to refuse to transport people who are under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as people in a state of excessive drunkenness, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, who are or may become annoying to other people, or if the driver feels threatened in any way. When the agency determines that the use of a foreign airline is necessary for medical reasons, including using the service of a foreign airline to reduce the number of connections and possible delays in the transportation of people who need medical treatment; or Yes, you are entitled to payment of transportation expenses when taking an official trip, including authorized transportation expenses incurred within the TDY location. Executive Car Service will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the passenger as a result of an arrival time later than the desired arrival time. You will not be reimbursed for any transportation costs for misusing the service of a foreign airline. The company offers point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and returns within Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. When a train, sailing boat or hotel reservation is canceled due to an unavoidable and non-personal delay or because of an official need, the cost of a service fee or a cancellation fee charged by the service provider is allowed. If determined appropriate, the GSA may periodically publish FTR bulletins with further guidance on bilateral or multilateral air transportation agreements affecting transportation purchased by the United States Government. If you do not use the method of transportation required by regulations or authorized by your agency, you will bear any additional costs you incur that exceed the cost of the authorized method of transportation.
If you do not inform Executive Car Service under these circumstances, your card will be charged again for the full amount, plus a 20% tip.
